Secondment Structure

ESRs will spend some months of their training period at other participating institutions within the network (Interactive Hosts), to undertake collaborative experiments and receive intersectoral training. These secondments will not only broaden the skills set and horizons of the ESRs but will build the foundations for longer-term collaborations between the network teams, while exposing the ESRs to the breadth of available expertise of the consortium
